She is the neighbor and often sends letters for burning, she asks for 4 items (The End Combo) and sometimes gives you special items in return.She also gives the player curtains that burn out once her house burns down
Fake-Death
The The Weather Man announces her death, but in reality she is still alive.She appears to be grown-up unlike the player which defies physics.She is currently on the beach having a "tan" of some sort.
